All participants must submit their proposals according to the requirements stated in Entry Requirements to the Award Secretariat.

During the First Round of Judging, the proposals will be assessed by a panel of judges from statutory boards, brand consultants and senior management representatives from MNCs. Winners of SPBA - Special Merit will be determined by judges in this round.

The shortlisted participants from the other four Award Categories will qualify for Final Judging which would be conducted in an interview with another panel of distinguished judges.

4.

The interview will be conducted primarily in English. Participants will be assessed through proposal submissions and market analysis.

5.

A maximum of 3 organisation representatives of the Brand will be allowed to attend the interview; the main representative has to be accompanied by at least one management representative who is effectively bilingual, should he/she prefer the interview to be conducted in another language.

6.

Members of the Award Judging Panel may visit shortlisted participants for further assessment. Organisation representatives of the Brand who are involved in the proposal submission must be present for the on-site interview.

Winners of SPBA 2011 will be officially notified by the Award Secretariat before the results are officially announced to the public at the Press Conference in November. It is mandatory for ALL SPBA 2011 Winners to attend the Press Conference.

8.

Winners will be presented with the trophies by the Guest-of-Honour at the Award Presentation Ceremony which will be held in December. The Overall Winner of all Award Categories, with the exception of SPBA - Special Merit will also be announced at the Award Presentation Ceremony. This will be the most anticipated event for all Winners.
